Here's a little recap:
January - We continued to have weekly ultrasounds of our girl to ensure my cervix was holding her just right. Seeing her each week definitely eased my mind a little. In January, I was 20 weeks. Half way through this pregnancy ... and I made it past the dreaded 19 weeks and 5 days .. the day that Kendyn joined our family and was called to Heaven ..
February - We celebrated my Mom's 60th birthday with family. Peanut modeled a robe for reagan and we began the furniture painting process. Reagan has a dresser in her room tha was my Dads and mine as a child.
March - We FINALLY resolved our leaking bathtub issue (that we first discovered in November) and had a brand new bathtub installed. It wasn't what we wanted to do ... but it needed to be done. Reagan's dresser was done (after many, many, many frustrating painting days .. )
April - Many friends and family came to a baby shower to celebrate Reagan! We were putting the final touches on Reagan's bedroom. We continued to enjoy seeing Reagan's movement and were anxiously awaiting her arrival.
May - I wanted Reagan to be born on May 1 which was the 11th anniversary of my Dad's death; however, she made her grand appearance on May 2nd! Hearing her cry was my biggest relief knowing that she was here and breathing. Bill and I were able to snuggle a baby that we were going to take home with us. Such a wonderful feeling! We were readmitted to the hospital for jaundice. At the time, it felt like the worst thing ever ... looking back, it wasn't too bad. I was also able to celebrate my very 1st Mother's day. I had a baby in Heaven and a baby in my arms. It was perfect. We spent most of the month proudly introducing Reagan to many family and friends!
June - Bill was able to celebrate his very 1st Father's Day! We took a family trip to Peoria to attend the Cheif's game. It was a hot one, but so much fun! We added a baby on both sides of the family. Luke was born on Bill's side, and towards the end of the month, we welcomed Maverick into the family! Babies, babies, babies!! We also introduced Reagan to the pool. She loved it!
July - We spent lots of time with family, enjoyed taking Reagan swimming, celebrated Kendyn's 1st birthday in Heaven, had a photo session with Adelia and Farron, started getting Mom and Dad's classrooms ready and celebrated Grandma Betty's 80 birthday!
August - Reagan was baptized and officially became a member of Holy Family. Mom and Dad had to return to work, so Reagan began spending her days with Debbie and Scott. We're so very thankful they take such great care of our girl!
September - Reagan had her 1st taste of cereal and wasn't too sure about it, but she ended up loving it! She continued to love water and bathtime, and even had her first experience sitting in a high chair at a restaurant.
October - Some family and friends joined us as we honored Kendyn but attending "A Walk to Remember" in Springfield at Washington park! - Thanks to my sister, Amy, for making R's shirt. We also celebrated R's first halloween. She attended an event at my school, but it was too cold to take her out trick or treating this year.

November - We attended one of Daddy's basketball games. Reagan's good luck kiss helped him win the game! We celebrated Thanksgiving with family!
